Too Chic’ Nail Studio is a the fist black own nail salon offering expert services in nail care and skincare in Cookeville, TN. Our charming salon is 5 minutes from Tennessee Tech and 5 minutes from downtown Cookeville and only a block away from Cookeville Regional Hospital, a true gem in the nearby developing area of Cookeville. Too Chic’ is stylish, alright, but we are chic in so many more ways. We are: Eco-Chic: Our products are natural, organic, or vegan. There is a growing green awareness with more consumers seeking a healthier, more sustainable way of living. Customers want to know what is in the food they are eating, what is going in their bodies and what is going on their skin. Let us ease your worries when you are here. Enjoy a non-toxic, odor-free environment and natural products. We constantly research and sample new green products in the market for our salon. With this in mind, we offer acrylic nails. Affordable-Chic: We believe in feeling like-a-million-dollars-chic without spending a fortune. We want you to get the most bang for your buck. OCD-Chic: We take sanitation seriously. We strive to provide a safe and healthy environment for our customers. We sanitize all of our implements with (EPA) Grade Disinfectant and (OSHA) required standard. Too Chic: As part of our community, we need to contribute to the community we live in. Therefore, we support our local organizations such as Miss Tennessee Volunteer Scholarship Pageant and Habitat for Humanity (Cooking on the Square), just to name a few. The concept of our Salon reflects the fusion of our cultural heritage: detailed, clean, homey, stress-free, trustworthy, modern, sustainable yet warm, inviting, fun and hospitable. PAYMENT METHODS To pay for services and/or retail products, we accept: cash, all major credit card, debit cards , + Apple pay. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS ALSO NOTE: As of April 2023, there is a .99 convenience fee charged for all card transactions — We appreciate your understanding. TO BOOK WITH A PREFERRED TECHNICIAN Please select their name after choosing your service(s). SERVICE LENGTH / TIMING Because each of our technicians work at a different pace, timing for these services will often vary. REMOVALS All acrylic removals or outside work should be booked for scheduling purposes. Full services / appointment times cannot be guaranteed if appointments are booked online incorrectly. TO BOOK GROUPS OF SIX OR MORE Please go to contact and send us an email with inquiries. INCORRECT BOOKING Appointments booked incorrectly online will be accommodated to the best that our schedule allows. Please call the salon or either message us on the facebook business page if you are unsure of what service(s) to select from our menu. LASH SERVICES / FILLS Please arrive to your appointment with a fresh face, a fresh face means no make up residue or strip lash glue. Lash extensions are luxury and it is vey important that you take care of them. The fill-in policy requires 40% of your lash extensions to be remaining. Failure to have such will be considered a full set. The entire process could take up to 2 1/2 +hours depending on your natural lashes so be prepared ! I / we will not be rushed. IF YOU WEAR CONTACTS PLEASE REMOVE THEM BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT SECURITY DEPOSIT Deposit are required in order to secure your appointment. The deposit will be charged upon booking and applied to the appointment total. If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to your appointment or no show, you will lose your deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY You may modify your appointment without charge up until the 12 hours in advance of your appointment. ↓ LATE CANCELLATION: Late arrivals (10+ minutes) intended/scheduled appointment service are held for 15 minutes and are subject to a downgrade/reschedule. upon any later arrival appointment will be tailored to the amount of time remains. appointments or consider a "no-show" if not contacted. If cancelling on the same day of the scheduled appointment, your security deposit made for the service is forfeited. ↓ NO-SHOW: will be charged for whatever service was not able to be render. In the event of no arrival, the full amount will be charge for service. * Appointments that are booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to our cancellation policy. * Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance via email, and 24 hours in advance via SMS text to the contact information provided during booking and are required to be confirmed. WHY WE HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY As a small business, we often lost opportunity to fill appointment times when an appointment is forgotten / cancelled late. In this event, our other clients waiting for appointments may also miss out on receiving services. Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our staff + clients alike. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your appointment with Too Chic Nail Studio. We are so happy to have you as a client! Please read the following:
CANCELLATIONS: Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
All cancellations and deferred appointments must be booked 12 hours in advance of your cancelled or rescheduled appointment.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us via text or call 931-651-1733 writhing 12 hours of your appointment/s.
If you cancel less than 12 hours of your appointment time. 50% of the service will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be applied to your next appointment. Please call the salon to reschedule.
Deposits are only transferable once and must be booked within 12 hours of the time the appointment was cancelled.
SERVICES: If you need to remove any services you have booked, please do so at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. I understand that 1 months in advance is a long time to know exactly what you’ll want to book, but please remember that we schedule appointments based on how much time we will need. So, if you no longer need a service, we can offer that available time to another client. This fee does not apply if you substitute a service that needs the same or similar length of time. These fees are calculated based on a medium length set and starting prices for other services. Nail art is calculated per nail.
LATENESS:
We understand things happen, so there will be a 15-minute grace period. After being 15+ minutes late to your appointment with no communication (no call or text to notify us), it will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount for the services booked. You will be required to pay a NEW deposit to reschedule your appointments.

NO CALL, NO SHOW = 100% of service schedule will be charged to the card you use to book the appointment or the card you keep on file.
NO CALL, NO SHOW = BLOCKED FROM RE-BOOKING WITH US.
For insurance reasons, safety reasons, and to ensure that you have a relaxing experience, please refrain from bringing children and additional persons who are not receiving service to your appointment. ** If you opt out of keeping a card on file, you will be required to make a 100% non-refundable deposit for each appointment before you can book it.
